FIELD: technical physics. SUBSTANCE: in thermal probe holder is mounted for reciprocating motion inside case and is spring-loaded with reference to it. Heater is made linear. Heat sensitive element presents thermal battery composed of two thermocouples placed in symmetry with regard to line of heater on both sides of it. Electrodes of thermocouples are butt- welded and arranged in parallel to heater so that distance from cold junctions of thermocouples to heater is one order higher than distance from heater to hot junctions of thermocouples. Heater and heat sensitive element are separated from elastic plate put on holder by heat insulator. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy and expanded functional capabilities of probe. 3 dwgz
