COMBINED LOCKING-SEALING DEVICE

FIELD: locking and sealing of objects, including railroad trains without use of sealing vices with guaranteed impossibility of unauthorized opening by some appliance for rated time. SUBSTANCE: locking is effected due to locking and sealing by combination of devices consisting of force lock and force seal which is suspended through hole of lock. Lock and seal have difficult to break identical information. Combined locking-sealing device is opened by cutting pliers on whose edges a force of approximately 3,000 kg is developed and by removing appliance developing a force of approximately 5,000 kg. Repeated suspension of seal or its simulation is impossible as its opening results in breakage of lock and seal. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
