PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain retrieval of a hyper link in voice by separating link information from a text and reading aloud only the link information that is arranged. SOLUTION: A reception control section 201 receives some or all of voice information, text information and anchor information from a hypertext server that manages hypertext information and processes the information. A voice reproduction control section 202 reproduces voice information received by the reception control section 201 or converts the text information and the anchor information into voice and reproduces the voice. An input control section 203 hears a plurality of sets of the anchor information reproduced from a voice reproduction section 212 by an instruction from the user to a reproduction information selection section 210 and receives an instruction of a link destination from the user and desired to be referred next and acquires link destination information stored in a storage section 205. A request control section 204 assembles an address of link destination from the read link destination information and sends the address to the hyper-text server.
