<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify exhaust gas from an incinerator, or the like, easily and surely by supplying a processing liquid exhibiting reactivity to detrimental components in the exhaust gas onto the surface of a plurality of discs to be inserted with a rotary shaft in the central part thereof and bringing a liquid film formed on the surface of each disc into contact with the exhaust gas as the disc is rotated. SOLUTION: A rotator 1 comprising a rotary shaft 12 penetrating the central part of a plurality of parallel discs 11 is born rotatably about a rotary shaft 12 orthogonal to the passage of exhaust gas G in a processing chamber 31 constituting the passage disposed at the upper part in a casing 3. The processing liquid supplied onto the surface of each disc 11 forms a liquid film as the disc 11 rotates and the liquid film 15 rotated to come into contact with the exhaust gas G passing through the passage and react on the exhaust gas G. Moisture in the liquid film this evaporated by the heat of the exhaust gas G and a reaction product is deposited as a solid substance SS on the surface of the disc 11. The solid substance SS is removed from the surface of the disc 11 by means of a removing member 2 and collected in a storage tank 33.</p> |
