<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail printing system for adjusting the printing of a mail according to the convenience of a reception side for executing important printing. SOLUTION: When it is judged that the number of printing is beyond a prescribed number of printing based on the mail header of a received printing mail (S986: YES), an operator is asked whether or not to aperate printing (S987), and when the operator issues an instruction for printing (S988: YES), the printing is operated. When the operator issues an instruction not for printing (S988: NO), the printing is not operated. Therefore, all received print mails are not immediately turned into objects of printing, and the printing of the large number of print mails can be operated later according to the convenience of a reception side. Thus, a printer at the reception side can not be occupied for a long time for the print mails, and the emergency or important printing can be preferentially operated.</p> |
