PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable work of a sub-harness into a flat harness, easily accommodate changes in the product number, and make small by arranging a fixed jig consisting of a first fork having a step slit and a moving jig consisting of a second fork having a step slit corresponding to the step slit of the first fork. SOLUTION: One side of each electric wire 40 to be worked into a flat harness is held by the hand of a worker in a step slit 22a of a fixed jig 20, and the other side is held in a step slit 32a of a second fork 32 of a moving jig 30. By sliding the moving jig 30 to the opposite side of the fixed jig 20, tension is exerted to each electric wire 40, a resin film is wound round each electric wire 40 to which tension is exerted, and fused so as to work each electric wire 40 into a flat harness. A sub-harness to which a terminal or a connector 41 is fixed is inserted into the step slit 22a, held, and can be worked into a flat harness. |
