PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform antistatic effect to optical plastic resin and to give sufficient strength to the antistatic effect. SOLUTION: An optical screen 20 is composed of a basic member 23 formed by optical plastic resin having optical transmissivity and a hydrophilic coating film 33 formed on the front surface of the basic member 23. The front face side of the basic member 23 is formed by a plane and the back face side is formed to be a mat shape. The hydrophilic coating films 33 made of titania (TiO2 ) and a silicon inorganic material are formed on the front and back face sides of the basic member 23.
