PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection sheet superior in transparency, flame retardance and weatherability by applying inorganic fine powders whose grain diameters are specified or organic fine powders whose softening temperature is specified on the surface of thermosetting silicone rubber sheet. SOLUTION: Inorganic fine powders whose grain diameters are 0.001-100 μm or organic fine powders whose softening temperature is not less than 200 deg.C are used and a silicone rubber compound is separated to a sheet form whose thickness is set to be 0.6 mm in a calendar roll. The resin powders are stacked on a surface through a silicone resin powder container whose grain diameter is 5 μm, refractive index is 1.42 and softening temperature is not less than 300 deg.C. Five stacked sheets are overlapped, and they are molded in a metallic mold for ten minutes at 170 deg.C. An oxygen index is measured in the obtained sheet whose thickness is 3 mm and the stacked sheet is inserted between glasses whose thickness is 3 mm. It is pressed with atmospheric pressure for 30 minutes at 150 deg.C and it is molded. Thus, the protection sheet is superior in transparency, adhesion, weatherability and flame retardance and it can stably generate power for a long time even if a module is used under severe environment. |
