PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption for a means that compensates phase fluctuation in a temperature change in a timing extract circuit of the optical receiver. SOLUTION: A timing signal 11 to extract a data signal is extracted by giving data to a waveform shaping circuit 5 being a timing extract circuit, a SAW filter 6 and a limiter amplifier 7, and a duty ratio of a recovered timing signal outputted from a comparator 10 depends on a threshold voltage outputted from a control circuit 9. The control circuit 9 consisting of a power supply, a thermister and resistors generates the threshold voltage so that the threshold voltage has temperature dependency. Thus, a duty ratio of a clock pulse being recovered timing signal outputted from the comparator 10 is controlled by a temperature and the recovered timing signal where phase fluctuation of the timing signal due to temperature is compensated is outputted. |
