PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize the cooling capability, by making free attachment/ detachment between first and second vacuum containers of a coil section and a refrigerator section, between thermal shields, between thermal conductors and between excitation current supply means, and coupling the attachment/ detachment portions of the vacuum containers with bolts. SOLUTION: Free attachment/detachment is made between first and second vacuum containers 14, 24 of a coil section 20 and a refrigerator section 30, between first and second thermal shields, between first and second thermal conductors 17, 27, and between excitation current supply means arranged inside of the first and the second vacuum containers 14, 24 of excitation current supply means. An end surface of a branch tube 14a of the first vacuum container 14 of the coil section 20 and an end surface of a branch tube 24a of the second vacuum container 24 of the refrigerator section 30 are coupled with each other by flange connection through a plurality of bolt holes. |
