PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the length of a stator, including a board by installing the board on one end face of a stator core, and winding a wire around the stator core mounted with the board to form the stator. SOLUTION: An insulator 9 is installed on the teeth of a stator core 8 mounted with a metal board 1. A wire is wound around the teeth of the stator core 8 with the insulator 9 in-between to form a stator 11. The ends of the winding, wound around the teeth 8a of the stator core 8, are soldered to a pattern for connecting the winding formed on the surface of the metal board 1. As a result, a length L of the stator 11, including the metal board 1, can be reduced. In case of a molded motor, one end face of the metal board 1 is attached to the end face of the stator core 8, and a part of the metal board 1 is protected with the insulator 9. Therefore, warpages and crackings in the metal board 1 due to molding pressure during molding can be prevented. |
