PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the relative change in the height of a rotary head even when an environmental temp. is changed and to prevent the degradation of performance, quality and reliability by forming a rotary head height adjusting screw with material with a linear expansion coefficient close to other parts constituting a rotary drum assembly or the same material. SOLUTION: The rotary drum assembly 1 is fixed to the rotary drum 2 by attaching screws 3, and the rotary head height adjusting screws 4 are inserted into prescribed screw holes on the rotary drum 2, and either of rotary head height adjusting screws 4 isn't in contact with a head base before height adjustment. When an A side rotary head height is adjusted based on a B side rotary head, the head base is pressed by the rotary head height adjusting screws 4, and is elastically deformed, and the rotary head is adjusted to a required height. By selecting the material so that the linear expansion coefficientαof the rotary drum 2 is brought close to or becomes equal to the linear expansion coefficientβof the rotary head height adjusting screw 4, the position of the rotary head is stabilized for a temp. change.
