<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which reduces memory that stores an image signal in an image processor which decodes an encoded image signal and also performs scan line conversion. SOLUTION: A Motion JPEG decoder 30 first calculates a DCT(discrete cosine transformation) coefficient at the time of decoding processing of an image signal. A filter operating part 40 performs an convoluting operation of a filter coefficient for a vertical filter on the DCT coefficient. The DCT coefficient which is undergone the filter coefficient convoluting is performed inverse DCT transformation again by the decoder 30. Then, processed results in each of the processing are separately once stored in a buffer 20.</p> |
