<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a program code and to improve reporting reliability by forming a communication control program in a program for control of a computer in multi-task-structure with a single program code and executing a plurality of tasks corresponding to each of a plurality of communication systems. SOLUTION: A program 40 for controlling a computer is in a multi-task- structure with a program code 41 for controlling seismic waves, a program code 42 for controlling a panel, a program code 43 for controlling reporting, a program code 44 for controlling a measurement part, and a program code 45 for controlling earthquake output. The program code 43 is formed by a single program code that can execute a task 3 corresponding to a first reporting system by the telephone line of the first communication system and a second reporting system according to the telephone line of the second communication system, thus successively forcing the task in a plurality of reporting systems to be switched even if one reporting system is not operating appropriately and enabling the reporting task to be executed.</p> |
