摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive seismometer for estimating the rocking of an earthquake from on/off signals that are obtained by processing seismic waves by accumulating on time every time when an on pulse is inputted from a detection part and estimating the seismic intensity of the earthquake from the seismic intensity and the correlation relationship of the total on time per unit time. SOLUTION: A sensing part A is a steel-ball-type seismometer, a switch part is opened and closed by allowing a steel ball to press a movable piece by the vibration of earthquake, and on/off signals are outputted. The seismometer does not operate due to a slight vibration and no signals due to the vibration of a building other than earthquake are outputted. Then, when the sensing part A detects an earthquake, on/off pulses are outputted. An operation- processing part B consisting of, for example, a microcomputer starts operation when an on pulse is inputted from the sensing part A, accumulates the on time every time when the on pulse is inputted, and estimates the seismic intensity of the earthquake from the correlation relationship between the seismic intensity and the total on time per unit time and outputs concentration from an output part C.</p>
