<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust data, clock voltage and generating voltage by providing separately a Schottky diode group that detects and demodulates the data and the clock and a power Schottky diode group that detects and rectifies the data and clock and providing a data transmission switching circuit between stages of rectifier circuits of two stage configuration of the power Schottky diode groups. SOLUTION: A voltage doubler rectifier circuit 22a consisting of a flying capacitor 4, Schottky barrier diodes 5, 6, and a capacitor 7 provides an output of a signal including data and a clock from a clock data output terminal 10 and fed to a signal processing circuit connecting to a post stage of a transmission reception circuit. The data and the clock outputted from the output terminal 10 are waveform-shaped depending on a time constant depending on the capacitor 7 and a resistor 8. A signal processed by a voltage doubler rectifier circuit 22b is boosted further by a voltage doubler rectifier circuit 22c at a next stage and the boosted voltage is outputted from a drive power output terminal 21 to drive the signal processing circuit connecting to the post stage.</p> |
