<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reload data at high speed by writing reload data and a reload address in a reload information hold part at the time of data write and reloading the address translation information of address translation control circuit. SOLUTION: Concerning storage circuits A13 and B14, one circuit is operated as an active system and the other circuit is operated as a reserve system for the unit of each block. Each time there is a write request from an external host 1, a flash memory control circuit 11 writes the reload address and the reload data into the storage circuit A13(B14) of active system, holds the written information and reloads the address translation hold information of the address translation control circuit 12 into the address at a reload information part holding data. Besides, when data read is instructed from the external host 1, data are read from the storage circuits A13 and B14 through the address translation control circuit 12 concerning a designated address and returned to the external host 1. Thus, data are reloaded at high speed.</p> |
