<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process supervisory control system which switches a process control right without performing drastic adjustment even when there are extension and alteration. SOLUTION: Many facilities which exist in a broad range are connected to a loop-shaped process transmission line, distribution processing is performed in plural areas each, and also, a central supervisory room in one area performs supervisory control of entire facilities through its CRT and operator console. A regional supervisory room in other areas is also provided with a CRT, etc. A process control right switching function 3A is added to a supervisory control functioning part 2 of software. An interlock switch in an operation mode is constituted with a software technique by utilizing a builder function 3 of the software.</p> |
