摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the magnetic characteristics of an extremely small anisotropic sample such as a thin film by providing a pair of piezoelectric resistors that is placed on the surface of a bridge means and is provided in parallel with an interval. SOLUTION: Piezoelectric resistors R11 and R12 are indicated in a bent form to improve sensitivity, and are preferably constantan. The detection resistors are provided at legs 46 and 47. The piezoelectric resistors R11 and R12 are connected so that the surface contacts legs and resistance changes due to the bending or deflection of the legs, thus resulting in a signal (ΔR) that can be detected, compared, and processed by some sort of proper means. A Wheatstone bridge is especially useful since it detects theΔR of the resistors R11 and R12 extremely easily, compares the change, and directly indicates the direction and amount of bending or deflection being generated at legs 46 and 47 due to an applied magnetic field caused by the bridge output.
