PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve heat efficiency of a radiant tube burner furnace which is difficult in highly efficient recovery of waste heat. SOLUTION: First and second high temperature regenerators 12A and 12B are interposed in a supply/exhaust system which is constituted of a combustion air fan 10, a single end radiant tube burner 1 and an exhaust gas suction fan 11 and combustion air from the combustion air fan is heated up to a high temperature by the first high temperature regenerator 12A to be supplied to the single end radiant tube burner. On the other hand, a high temperature exhaust heat from the single end radiant tube burner is regenerated in the second high temperature regenerator 12B to be discharged by an exhaust gas suction fan. When a fixed degree of regeneration is reached, the supply of the fuel is suspended to the single end radiant tube burner. Then, a, combustion air supply path from the combustion air fan is switched to that via the second high temperature regenerator 12B and an exhaust path is to that via the first high temperature regenerator 12A to continue combustion alternately between the two high temperature regenerators. |
