PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receipt issue system capable of protecting paper sheet resources, improving environmental deterioration and sales promotion and improving customer service. SOLUTION: When a customer settles accounts at the POS terminal device 2 by showing his or her membership card, the membership card is a portable and writable/readable storage medium 1 and the POS terminal device 2 writes account settlement information on the membership card as a receipt. Therefore, no receipt form is necessary. Further, the POS terminal device 2 previously stores delivered information including campaign information and can writes the delivered information on the membership card when recording the account settlement information. Therefore, a space having margin to some extent is given to the delivered information. Further, the storage medium 1 as the membership card can have its recording contents read out by the personal computer that the member has. Therefore, the member can easily edit and generate a household account book at home with the data on the membership card. |
