PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of confirming registration to the radio call exchange of a home station by himself/herself by connecting the radio call exchange of a visitor station for controlling a present service area when a pager is moved to the service area of a moving destination and automatically transferring test call information from the radio call exchange of the home station to the radio call exchange of the visitor station. SOLUTION: When the pager 32 has moved from the radio call exchange 10 of the home station to the service area 40 of the visitor station controlled by the radio call exchange 20 of the visitor station, # dial is dialed from a public telephone 43. A public network 50 which receives it specifies that the public telephone 43 is installed in the service area 40 of the visitor station 20, transmits the position information of the service area 40 of the visitor station 20 to the home station 10 and updates the present area position information of a position registration management table registered to the home station 10. Thereafter, in order to perform automatic call confirmation, test call request information is transferred from the home station 10 to the present visitor station 20.
