PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a display device which enables the miniaturizing of the outside dimension of a display device while maintaining a display area and which is capable of assembling of the device easily. SOLUTION: Relating to the mounting structure of a display device mounting the display device 100 provided with a rectangular plate shaped display part 102 and the frame part 104 arranged at outer periphery of the part 102 on an outside casing 200 having the rectangular opening part 204 fromed with side walls 202, holes 106 in a direction parallel with the surface of the display part 102 are provided at least on one side of two opposing sides of the frame part 104 and pins 216 which are engagable with the holes 106 are provided on the outside casing 200 so as to be unmovable or movable in a direction parallel with the surface of the display part 102.
