PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate control of the magnetic property, by causing a thin film to have a single phase before the thin film is doped with an alkaline metal. SOLUTION: A tetra-aza porphyrin derivative thin film or a porphyrin derivative thin film is produced which is expressed by formula 1 [M is selected from a group consisting of a magnetic metal and a magnetic metal compound, the magnetic metal or magnetic metal compound being one type or a mixture of two or more types. X represents N or CH, and A represents at least one type of group having a substitutional group, selected from the group consisting of (a) to (j) of formula 2, two hydrogen atoms, or a coupler.] After that, the thin film is thermally treated at approximately 300 deg.C in an Ar atmosphere, thus causing the thin film to have aβ-type single phase. Then, the thin film is doped with K ions by using an ion implantation method.
