发明名称 EFFICIENT DECOMPOSITION OF NOISE AND PERIODIC SIGNAL WAVEFORM IN WAVEFORM INTERPOLATION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce complexity when signal decomposition is performed with a low pitch rate voice encoder by performing mutual correlation among plural voice segments and coding a voice signal based on a generated parameter. SOLUTION: A numerical value of a received pitch is used in an update rate control(URC) 6209, and a present update rate, that is, the number of low- order frames that whole interpolation and synthetic processing is performed are set. The pitch is interpolated using a former numerical value in a pitch interpolation 6205, and the numerical values are allocated to respective low-order frames. When the URC 6209 is required, an RS vector is decoded and interpolated. Then, a random phase is added in a phase addition 6210, and a composite RS is generated. Its result is applied to a waveform interpolation 6214 module, and a coded signal is outputted. Finally, the signal is applied to a posterior filtering 6215, and an output decoded noise is reformed.
