<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the nonlinear coefficient of voltage even when the cooling speed after electrode baking is increased, by kneading and dispersing specified weights of Ag powder and boro-silicated bismuth frit into an organic vehicle, and further adding a specified weight of metal oxide. SOLUTION: To an electrode paste formed by kneading and dispersing Ag powder at 60-77 wt.% and boro-silicated bismuth frit at 5-15 wt.% into an organic vehicle, metal oxide is further added at 3-10 wt.%, thus producing an electrode paste. In this case, the metal oxide to be added is at least one of Ag2 O, Sb2 O5 , Bi2 O3 , and Co3 O4 . Thus, the nonlinear coefficient of voltage can be improved even in rapid cooling at approximately 400 deg.C/hour.</p> |
