<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of performing correction easily by providing dummy wirings in advance under source wirings excluding the intersection parts of gate wirings and the source wirings and by using the dummy wirings when disconnection is generated in the source wiring. SOLUTION: In advance, dummy wirings 1 made of a conductive film are provided under source wirings 3 excluding the intersection parts of gate wirings 2 and the source wirings 3 in a form of which the dummy wirings 1 are completely covered with the source wiring 3. When there is a disconnected part 7 in the source wiring 3, the dummy wiring 1 and the source wiring 3 is electrically connected by irradiating a laser spot to a part (welding part 8) in which the dummy wiring 1 and the source wiring 3 which is remained without being disconnected are overlapped at the both sides of the disconnected part 7 to correct the disconnection of the source wiring 3 easily. There are effects on the improvement of a nondefective rate and on the cost reduction by this correction.</p> |
