<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stripe shaped display unevenness from being caused in a display picture by turning the remaing transfer gate transistor of other side off after the transfer gate transistor of one side of either of a p type transistor of an n type transistor is turned off previously. SOLUTION: The pulse of one side of gate signal pulses to be respectively impressed on two kinds of transfer gate transistors of a p type transistor 9p and an n type transistor 9n which are connected to a picture signal wiring 2 is made to be more delayed than the transistor of other side. Then, two inverts 16, 17 are inseted in the gate circuit of the transistor of one side so that the remaing transfer gate transistor of other side is turned off after the transistor of side of either of the p type transistor or the n type transistor is turned off earlier. Then, since timings when two transistors are turned off are made so as not overlap even when variations of delays are generated, a picture signal is made to receive a constant voltage change and the stripe shaped display unevenness is hardly caused.</p> |
