PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce higher harmonic waves, by obtaining the phase difference between each carrier wave and the next from the counted number of power converters in operation, and allotting the phase of the carrier wave to each power converter in operation based on this phase difference. SOLUTION: A carrier phase allotter 3a on the side of operation provided for the formation 1a of a train 1 requests the sending of an operation state from a total of five converters 41a, 42a, 43a, 41b, and 42b mounted on a train 1 through a data bus 2. Then, a carrier phase allotter 3a checks the operable converters among 41a, 42a, 43a, 41b, and 42b within the train 1 and the number of them, from the operational information accompanied with the peculiar number, accompanying the information on the operation state of those converters 41a, 42a, 43a, 41b, and 42b, and computes the phase difference in carrier waves, from the number of operable converters, and allot the carrier wave phase to each converter 41a, 42a, 43a, 41b, and 42b, based on the phase difference. |
