PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control circuit which easily makes the output terminal of a circuit to be shared for power supply control and for a general purpose output port. SOLUTION: This circuit compares control output voltage of a power source circuit 7 with comparison reference voltage at the time of power supply control, latches the comparison result, inverts or leaves the latch output as it is in accordance with an external specification and outputs it as a control signal of the circuit 7 to an output terminal 16. A CPU 1 makes the latch output a fixed value and controls the level of the terminal 16 with a register that controls inversion of the latch output. Also, the CPU 1 which gives power supply control permission controls a means 13 that fixes latch output of the comparison result. |
