摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hot wire flow velocity sensor by which a flow velocity can be measured at high speed even in a turbulent flow region by a method wherein a sensor heating element is constituted separately of a sensor heating wire and of a sensor head, one end part of the sensor head is fixed to the heating wire and the other end is wound on the tip part of an electrode pin so as to be fixed. SOLUTION: A sensor body is composed of an insulating member 10, of electrode pins 20 and of a sensor heating element 30. The sensor heating element 30 is provided with a ceramic bobbin 31, and a sensor heating wire 32 is wound on the bobbin to be a coil shape. In addition, end parts 33a, on one side, of sensor heads 33 are inserted into, and connected to, end parts 31a of the ceramic bobbin 31. End parts of the sensor heating wire 32 are fixed to the sensor heads 33 by a laser welding operation. End parts 33b, on the other side, of the sensor heads 33 are wound on corresponding tip parts 21 of the electrode pins 20 so as to be fixed in welded parts Y. By this constitution, the wire diameter of the sensor heads 33 can be made thick, their end parts can be wound on the electrode pins 20 so as to be welded, and the rigidity of the sensor body can be increased.</p>
