<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel printing at a destination even when a print mail is transmitted to the destination. SOLUTION: When a print mail transmitted to a transmission destination is wrong, or when correction or cancellation is operated, a cancel mail is transmitted from the origin of transmission to the same destination of transmission again so that the pertinent print mail is deleted at the destination of transmission (S690). Thus, printing at the destination of transmission can be prevented. Also, a return mail indicating whether or not printing is prevented is returned (S660-680), and it is clarified also at the origin of transmission. Thus, when the printing can not be prevented, a proper measure can be executed.</p> |
