The labeller consists of a main body (1) of thermoformed crystal PVC, having a circular surface with a central projection (3) to receive a CD, and a disc (4) of polyurethane foam which goes over the projection, sits in a recess of 41 mm diameter and is fixed in place by a double-sided adhesive. The disc (4) enables a label to be positioned stably in the centre of the body with its adhesive side upwards, so that a CD can be placed over the projection and pressed lightly downwards to receive the label. Applying self-adhesive labels to music or computer CDs. Simple to manufacture and at low cost, with reduced risk of malfunction, elegant in design and easy to operate.
