The invention concerns a dispensing device comprising a stick support (18), mounted movable in a sheath (20) between a position in which the stick (12) is retracted in said sheath and a position wherein the stick (12) projects through said sheath free end (20A), and means (22) for actuating the support (18) in sealed connection with said sheath connecting end (20B). The device comprises a body (24) actuating said support (18) mounted rotating relative to the sheath (20) and forming a cap closing the sheath connecting end (20B) provided with an open end (24A) for being fitted into said connecting end (20B). Sealing means (38) are inserted between the sheath connecting end (20B) and said actuating body fitting end (24A).
