PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the waterproof structure of the terminal connection of a cable, and besides, secure waterproofing. SOLUTION: A terminal connection 23 of a cable 27 is inserted into a hole 19 of a mold 18, and also resin material 25 is injected, and it is solidified, and the terminal connection is taken out in a body with the resin material 25 from the hole. A sump 22 expanded in diameter is provided on the bottom side of the hole 19, and the tip 23a of the terminal connection 23 is positioned within the sump. In the case it not providing the sump, the terminal connection is capped with a bottomed small cap, and then it is inserted into the hole. It will do by making the solidified resin material easy to take out by tapering the inwall of the hole. It will do to solidify the resin material 25 by adjusting the temperature of the mold 18. |
