PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the information delivery system which delivers information according to a use history of information that was delivered in the past. SOLUTION: An information use management part 12 records items featuring gathered pieces of information and items of their users by the pieces of information and a user attribute information storage part 3 records user attributes featuring the respective users. When an information gathering part 11 gathers information from a data base, a similar information user common attribute extraction part 15 finds users of information similar to the information and finds a user attribute which is common to the users from the user attribute information storage part 13. An information delivery part 16 finds all users having the common user attribute from the user attribute information storage part 13 and delivers the said gathered information to those users. A use state registration part 17 when informed that the delivered information is useful for a user registers the user as a user of the delivered information in the information use management part 12.
