PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable only users of an amusement center to use a parking lot by deciding whether or not parking lot use is false by writing information on a playing history, a transaction history, etc., in the amusement center on a medium and reading it out. SOLUTION: A password code and a fingerprint or retina are inputted to a medium 1 for identifying a member and after this medium 1 is inserted into a renting machine, it is decided whether or not they match previously inputted information to identify the member. Then information on a playing history and a transaction history in the amusement center is inputted. The information inputted to the medium 1 is read by a reader 2 and a decision means 3 decides whether or not the parking lot can be used and whether or not the use of the parking lot is false. Consequently, only users of the amusement center are able to use the parking lot and the center side can securely be prevented from having large loss of sales owing like before to illegal use of the parking lot by a user who does not use the amusement center. |
