PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make control of the range of information disclosure possible by selecting information to be sent in accordance with a workflow management system of an addressee. SOLUTION: For a cooperator information table 116, a cooperator ID 172 that is an identifier of a cooperator workflow management system 134, an address 174 of the cooperator workflow management system 134 and a degree of disclosure 176 for regulating the degree to which information is disclosed, are set. A transmission information decision means 117 fetches a workflow item from a cooperative condition transmission queue 110, collates a cooperative information table 116, decides information to be transmitted and updates an associated information management table 126, when necessary. Accordingly, there can be controlled whether or not the associated information will be sent to the cooperator workflow management system 134. Then, a transmission information preparation means 118 prepares information to be transmitted in accordance with decided information on transmission, gives the transmission information to an item transmission and reception means 122 and at the same time updates an item condition table 120. |
