<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation member in which heat insulation effect is improved by bringing the inside of an air bubble or an air hole into a vacuum state by removing a foamed structure or a porous structure, matter absorbing utter existent in air bubbles or air holes in the foamed structure or the porous structure or matter reacting with the matter existent in air bubbles or air holes from the air bubbles or the air holes by sealing the foamed structure or the porous structure and the matter in a gas barrier container or a packaging bag for adsorption or reaction. SOLUTION: Air bubbles (same as vacuum holes 4) in a foamed structure 3 are substituted by O2 or CO2 , and the foamed structure 3 is inserted into a gas barrier packaging bag 2 together with a gas absorber 5 (oxygen absorber of iron or carbon dioxide gas absorber such as calcium oxide calcium hydroxide) and is sealed with ordinary vacuum packaging. The sealed packaging bag is stored at room temperature whereby O2 or CO2 in the air bubbles are brought into a reaction with the gas absorber 5 and removed from the air bubbles, and hence the inside of the air bubble is brought into a vacuum state and finally changed to the vacuum hole 4 to provide a heat insulation member 1 excellent in heat insulation effect.</p> |
