The two telescope monolithic construction technique has an optical base (10) holding two primary mirrors (22,28) of telescopes and a central beam (14) which forms a single monolithic piece with the base. The secondary mirrors (18,20) are held at the opposite ends of the beam structure, which is centrally placed between the two mirrors.
