<p>The present invention relates to a pressfitting (P) for connecting tubes (R) in a permanent and tight manner. The pressfitting (P) comprises a tubular body (10) provided at its front end (10a) with a bulge (12) which is joined to a cylindrical portion (14) at the other end (10b) of the tubular body and has a hook-shaped longitudinal section with respect to the tubular body, wherein a straight portion (12b) is obliquely arranged with respect to the longitudinal axis (L) of the tubular body (10) between the bulge (12) and the cylindrical portion (14), wherein the longitudinal section of the bulge (12) has the shape of a substantially isosceles triangle. <IMAGE></p> |
