PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform quick communication by performing a call origination operation to a call termination terminal for the number of times or the time determined beforehand thereafter when a call termination side terminal is on the outside of a communication area or in a power disconnected state and reporting a call origirvation side terminal that call origination is possible when the call termination side terminal is turned to a communicable state. SOLUTION: In the case the call origination from the call origination side terminal fails, after tentatively performing disconnection, the area-in report service of a call origination possibility reporting function is set and timer counting is started. When prescribed redial time elapses, the call origination is started, and when the call termination side terminal is turned to the communicable state, the call origination side terminal is informed of call origination possibility. When the call origination operation fails and the call origination possibility informing mechanism operation time of a redial operation by the predetermined time or the prescribed number of times is over, the function stoppage is reported and the need of restarting the operation is confirmed. The timer counting is started when restart is set and a standby state is returned when it is not set. |
