PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time of communication restart by performing a call back service even in the case a call is disconnected by the hand-over failure of a moving terminal based on the record of terminal information during communication. SOLUTION: When the moving terminal 2x inside a radio service area 5n moves to the outside of the service area during the communication with a fixed terminal 3y and the call is disconnected, this exchange 1a for a station records the terminal information of the moving terminal 2x and the terminal information and housing position information of the fixed terminal 3y in a storage device 6a as call back information and reports the fixed terminal 3y to hang up the telephone and stand by. When the moving terminal 2x moves into the radio service area 51 and registers a position, the exchange 1a for the station calls back both of the moving terminal 2x and the communicating opposite terminal 3y based on the call back information inside the storage device 6a by position registration information and restarts the communication of both. Thus, the communicating opposite terminal saves the time and labor of originating calls for many times until the communication is restarted. |
