PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of source data by preventing the source data from being revised and to protect the profit of the preparing person of source data and its user by storing noncorrected source data stored in an auxiliary storage part and correction part data in the auxiliary storage part while relating them. SOLUTION: When a permitted person inputs a cryptographic key B different from a cryptographic key A, change data and point data are enciphered as enciphered correction part data by the cryptographic key B, and the enciphered correction part data and enciphered data A are generated as one set of enciphered data B. Namely, when enciphered source data are corrected by the permitted person owning a decipher key, the operation procedure of permitted person is referred to, change data are extracted and point data are generated. Then, these data are enciphered by the cryptographic key B different from that of enciphered data, added to the end of enciphered data A and stored in an auxiliary storage part 5 as new enciphered data B. |
