The reinforcement bars (2-4) run crossways through the insulating body (1a,1b) and are effectively connected on both sides with the abutting building parts. The insulating body is formed in several parts and is adjustable in its height. At least one positioning member (5) is effective between an upper part and a lower part of the insulating body. It is adjustable and fixable in different height positions for adjustment of the insulating body. The positioning member is formed by projections on a part of the insulating body, which adjustably work in conjunction with corresponding counter surfaces (6) on the other part of the insulating body, allowing the body to be fixed in different height positions. The positioning member is releasably connected by a securing union (6) with at least one part of the insulating body.
