The machine housing has at least one store for payments and at least one store for goods, tickets etc, to be output. The housing is closed by a door (1). The door (1) can be locked by a locking mechanism operated by a key, with at least one locking rod (6). The door has at least one output opening (8) with corresponding collection dish for coins etc and/or goods, tickets etc. to be output. The locking mechanism on the open side of the door (1) has a first locking rod (5) which is fixed to the housing (2) and cannot be moved. It also has a second locking rod (6) arranged on the housing parallel to the first rod (5). The second rod (6) can be moved between an upper open position and a lower locked position. Several locking elements (7) are arranged on the inside of the door (1) and cooperate with the two locking rods (5,6).
