Crash barrier for heavy goods vehicles

The barrier consists of uprights (1) and guide planks (3) connected to the uprights via distance pieces (2). Each distance piece is fastened to an upright via two breaking points (7,8) positioned above each other. Each piece has projections (9,10) engaging on the sides of the uprights facing the guide planks. The are two guide planks on each side of an upright, and the four planks are fastened to each other and the upright via one distance piece. These consist of formed sheet metal and the projections are straps folded out of the distance pieces.
