<p>A liquid crystal display which has a liquid crystal display panel having a pair of transparent substrates and a semiconductor chip which is mounted on one of the surfaces of one of the pair of the transparent substrates with an anisotropic conducting film therebetween while the element forming surfaces of the chip is made to face the surface of the transparent substrate. By mixing silicone resin particles in the anisotropic conducting film, a light which passes through the transparent substrate and enters the element forming surface of the semiconductor chip can be blocked. Further, the reliability of a liquid crystal display can be improved, even if it is exposed to light.</p> |
