A steplessly raisable and lowerable frame construction (4) is available on the bar (3) of the trolley (1) over the work platform (2). A plate pressure device is fitted in it. A plate lifting device is fixed on one outside of the trolley on the frame construction. The plate lifting device comprises a withdrawable plate lifting frame (5) with a locating edge (6) for accommodation of a plate and a lifting device (8) for the plate lifting frame. The plate lifting frame is rotatably fixed to the upper edge of the frame construction. Under the work platform is a compartment (14) for containers containing pneumatic or hydraulic equipment.
