Continuous winch with three or more cable pulleys

The cable pulleys (2,5,7) are mounted in a common plane. At least one (5) is radially movable relative to its shaft (4) or axis and a radial force of this pulley is used to apply contact pressure force on the cable running between the pulleys. The radially movable pulleys can be formed so that the mechanism for applying the radial or spring force is mostly located within the outlines of the pulleys. The mechanism is made from rubber or elastomer elements to apply the required radial forces. The pulleys can be arranged so that when the winch is loaded the cable forces arising in the cable sides on each radially movable pulley increases the contact pressure force of the pulleys on the cable.
